A wine cellar is born from the passion of the man

| Throughout the years, along the hillsides of Southern Piedmont, Dolcetto vines have
provided the staple means of support for dedicated vine-dressers. During the course
of time they have learnt to select the ideal positions in the hills around Dogliani
to give origin to a Wine notable for its particular characteristics and highquality.
In order to help carry on the tradition and dedicate maxim attention, the vine-growers
of Dogliani, in 1980, were united in an associative structure with the aim oh helping
each other to overcome the technical problems involved in processing

the grapes and in the commercialisation of wine.
This gave origin to "La Cantina del Dolcetto di Dogliani", a co-operative and productive
organisation owing its existence to the land, man and wine-making traditions. The
working methodsnad organisation give rise to a product which rewards the care of
the vine growers and the mastery of the winemaker, passed down by "Cantina" members
through the generations. The grapes supplied by our members are mostly grown within
the limited area covered by the "Dolcetto di Dogliani" D.O.C. and "Dogliani" D.O.C.G.
regulations, including the communes of Dogliani, Farigliano, Clavesana, Monchiero...
